One
large jug, Happiness Tea, Honey, Fresh Limes, Fresh mint, Ice |
|
|
1.
The first step is to make an ice tea concentrate.
2. Put the kettle on to boil. The tea needs to
be stronger than normal so follow the instructions on the Happiness
Tea Packet, adding one extra tablespoon of tea per litre of water.
Leave the tea to brew for 10 – 15 minutes.
3. If you prefer sweet iced tea, add one tablespoon
of honey while the tea is still warm and stir to dissolve.
4. Allow the tea to cool in the fridge.
5. Fill a glass jug with lots of crushed ice, mint
and slices of lime. Add enough tea concentrate* to half fill the
jug and top the rest up with spring water.
6. Serve. |
