100g white or milk chocolate

1/3 packet of egg noodles

small easter eggs for decoration

1. Melt the chocolate in a double saucepan.

2. Break the egg noodles into pieces and stir into the chocolate. Try to have long and short pieces as it will make the nests more realistic.

3. Place tablespoons full of chocolate noodles onto a tray lined with baking paper.

4. Carefully arrange them so that they look like nests and have a small hole on the middle.

5. Refrigerate until set.

6. When you’re ready to serve remove them carefully from the paper and fill them with small eggs.
