1.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line a rectangular
baking tin.

Combine sugar, butter and honey in a large saucepan and stir over
a low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.

In a separate bowl mix together the oats, coconut and flour. Add
to the melted butter mix.
4.
Stir in the egg and bi-carb and bake at 180 deg for 15 minutes.
When cool cut into squares and pack into your tin ready for your
Safari morning tea break.
