Our Tea - Pi

Ever fancy spending time in a Tea-Pi? If you visited the Real Food Festival last month then you had your chance to share a cuppa with us under canvas. We were more excited than a bunch of five year olds planning a camp out in the back garden as Joe and his team from Beautiful World tents set up our giant Tea -Pi. And when the doors of the show opened our space quickly became the meeting point of choice. Over the four days we met lots of inspired people and also helped to inspire others. Everyone seemed to really get the Tea-Pi vibe. One guy we met even boasted having his own giant Ti-Pi in his back garden. We tried imaging how you'd fit a giant ti-pi in a small garden in South London until he told us that his back garden was in Ibiza- seriously cool! check out the photos »

Inspiration grows on trees

At Today was Fun we believe anything is possible. While we were at the Real Food Festival we invited people to share their ideas on what they would do if they were guaranteed success. We asked them to write it on a leaf and hang it on our Inspiration Tree. At the end of the show our tree groaned with leaves and we harvested all the ideas. We've now created an online Inspiration Forest with the help of Softly and Rich. Take a quiet moment to wander through a space where people have taken time to share their dreams. Congratulations

My greatest creative project

At the end of May I had the great privilege of becoming a mother for the first time. I gave birth to a lovely baby girl on the 30th of May and we called her Radha. For those of you who are already parents I can't believe you didn't tell me how wonderful it was to be a mum. If you did then I clearly wasn't listening. It's business as usual at Today was Fun with Sophie, Joe, Anita and Matt all working away in the office. Meanwhile I am checking in on email inbetween midnight feeds!
